In my experience, forced to use jaws with the federal government, this sweet of blindness connected computer access is deeply flawed, with layer after layer of hidden glitches and problem areas, with work around as the main tenant of programming thinking.

Check if there is someone with Web Aim who knows a little more about how to get around some of this built in bad design.

Accessibility teaching tools for web design, ref Sassy Outwatter:

Webaim.org is the best resource for learning how to be digitally accessible, and they have a lot of DIY tools available.

No promises on this resource, but it is a group that handles web accessibility and may know someone.

In my opinion, tying blind people to a program that looks a lot like a house of cards, with the necessity to run to specialized Wizard type techs for bail-outs for every little conceivable problem is not universal design, and is self serving, and no friend of the blind.
