In an effort to educate consumers on utility consumer protections during
National Consumer Protection Week (February 28 - March 6), the OCC is
offering free virtual consumer protections presentations throughout February
and March. Depending on availability, there is a possibility to offer a
joint presentation with other government agencies and non-profit
organizations who provide educational information on consumer protections.
