[Ohio-Talk] Narrator

This is a good thing, but if you shut off your computer and open it up again
the narrator begins to speak again.  I have to go into settings to do a
permanent fix.

I don't use Narrator regularly, but I think the keystroke to toggle it off
is Control+Windows+Enter.
