Hi walter, I was unable to complete the survey.   I got as far as question 3 but couldn't answer it.  I was put back to question 1 every time.  Also, it seems to me that the questions were assuming I needed a care giver which I don't.  If I'm missing something please let me know.  I'm more than happy to help if my answers are useful to her research. I also found her use of the word "handicapped" somewhat offensive.  JMO.
