cohosting Zoom Conference events, Thursday, March 18 at 7:30 PM Eastern,
6:30 Central, 4:30 Pacific.

 

In the first hour, Michael Lauf will cover the  following Topics:
1. Differences between hosting and cohosting.
2. Things to do before beginning your meeting.
3. Local and online settings.
4. Recording locally vs. recording in the cloud.
5. Using JAWS and the paid scripts produced by Brian Hartgen.
6. Using NVDA and the free add-on.
7. Essential keyboard shortcuts.
8. More options for all participants.
9. Elevating presenters and assistants to cohost status.
10. Installing the full Zoom client for Windows.
11. Collecting information on presenters, email addresses and phone numbers.
12. Creating and marketing invitations.
13. Bringing in people via their telephone.
14. Difference between using link for "Join Zoom Meeting" and "One Tap
Mobile".

 

In hour 2, we will take questions from the audience and allow others to
share their expertise.
