Yes. The Kindle App, Kindle for the PC and all Amazon Kindle products are very accessible. The only issue is there are some Kindle books which are not formatted for use with screen readers. In fact, I happen to be reading a copy of the Epic of Gilgamesh on the Kindle Ap on my iPhone as we speak.
