[Ohio-Talk] URGENT - Hearing re S.B. 202

Good afternoon! The Legislative Committee has just received notice that the
Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a "Proponent" hearing tomorrow on our
Senate Parental Rights Bill, S.B. 202. The Judiciary Committee is asking
that all testimony be submitted by 3:30 P.M. today.

If you sent me or Eric testimony for H.B. 352 you do not need to submit new
testimony as we will make the needed changes and submit it to the Senate
Judiciary Committee on your behalf. However, if you submitted testimony on
H.B. 352 that you did not give to Eric or I, you will either need to get it
to me quickly, or you will need to submit it directly on your own.

All testimony should be addressed to the Ohio Senate Judiciary Committee.
Senator Nathan H. Manning is the Chair. Senator Rob McColley is the
Vice-Chair, and Senator Cecil Thomas is the Ranking Member.
