Hello Everyone,
I would like to invite those of you who are interested in Diabetes and the Ohio Diabetes Action Network to join our Division. You might have Diabetes, be a Family Member of someone with Diabetes, be a Member of an NFB Chapter or just want to learn more.
Dues are $5 per year. You may send your dues to Ohio DAN,

Northwood, Ohio 43619-1307.
You may also send your dues through Cash App at:
Dollar Sign mon2581. Please send $6 if you send via Cash App because they charge a fee.
