Congratulations. It sounds like a great opportunity. I know the Fremont
area a bit because my mother lived there for nearly 40 years. The area has
great summertime weather and you are near to lots of Bay area attractions,
which are generally relatively accessible with BART and Alameda County
Transit. Good luck and have fun.
