> COVID 19 Safety Protocols and Precautions
> Safety is our number one concern. To ensure the utmost safety of all participants we will be providing the following safety protocols.
> In order to reduce the number of students in one location we will be hosting two locations for the Ohio Regional Braille Challenge.
> 2022 Ohio Regional Braille Challenge locations
> · The Ohio State School for the Blind will host their students on the school’s campus, Columbus, OH on February 22.
> · All other participants will attend at Clovernook Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired, Cincinnati, OH on February 24. We are expecting 12 – 15 participants.
> Clovernook Center will establish safe distancing protocols for all events taking place on Clovernook Center’s campus.
> Mask wearing will be required at all times while on the Clovernook Campus except when eating/drinking.
> Hand sanitizer will be provided and conveniently available.
> Transportation
> Clovernook Center will provide complimentary transportation from 2PLACEZ. This firm has provided transportation services for previous events and specialize in transporting children and older adults.
> Detailed information regarding transportation is attached to this email.
