NFB Pledge
I pledge to participate actively in the effort of the National Federation of
the Blind to achieve equality, opportunity, and security for the blind; to
support the policies and programs of the Federation; and to abide by its
constitution.

1: Call meeting to order, President Payne.

2: Roll call of the board of directors, Eric Duffy  NFBO secretary.

3: Motion to Approve the November Minutes

4: Financial Report, Todd Elzey NFBO treasurer

5: Have  a discussion  about starting a group related to blind people with
mental health concerns, Marianne Dinning.

6: Report on Diabetes Action Network, Susan Day, and Vice president Turner.

7: Chapter division and committee reports should be done by the president's
or chairs unless you have let the president know otherwise.

8: 14/c taskforce, Todd and Eric appointed to serve by President Payne by
request of the disability rights of Ohio.

9: Other business
Convention assistance.

10: Next meeting date.

11: adjourn.
