Dear members:
We may need about 5 blind and low vision individuals that use canes or guide
dogs to assist with some accessibility testing of autonomous vehicle
location strategies. The training and testing will take place in East
Liberty, OH (about 45 mins northwest of Columbus), and the individuals will
be compensated and provided assistance with transportation to and from the
test site.
It would just be for the day, and we would be looking for people to
participate as early as the week of June 13.
If you meet the above requirements and can assist us with this request from
the national office, contact me off list very soon.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want;
blindness is not what holds you back.
