I just want to say that my five little boxes of NFB fudge are in the refrigerator, ready to be brought on Friday for door prizes.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise expectations for blind people because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and their dreams. You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.

I will not be arriving at convention until Friday morning, and the information table will be set up then as well. So, if you are arriving on on Thursday, just hold on to your donations until Friday morning and then either find me or bring them to the information table. Also, please have all items labeled in braille. If you are giving cash or gift card door, prize donations, please have them in envelopes with braille on where they are from, where they are, too, and the amount. This will be very helpful . If you are doing a gift basket for the auction, please have brailled a list of what is inside so that perspective bitters know what they are bidding on. If anybody needs help with brailing items, please contact me off list and I will try to assist.
