My name is Eric Salvati, and I am a research assistant working with Dr.
Rebecca Monteleone in the Disability Studies program at the University of
Toledo. Currently, I am conducting a research project to better understand
how disabled people/people with disabilities have experienced healthcare
systems in Lucas County.  

Your organization is receiving this message because we would like the
opportunity to share our recruitment materials with you and your networks.
We are looking for adults (18+) who identify as disabled/having disabilities
and live or receive healthcare in Lucas County to take a brief 10-minute
online survey using Microsoft Forms. The survey and information about
