Delcenia.

It's no problem. In the Be My Eyes App, you can still access Microsoft Disability Technical Support with VoiceOver by double tapping on Specialized Help from the Get Support Tab, double tapping on Technical, and finally, double tapping on Microsoft. Services are available 24 / 7, but understand that most of their agents are off shore and there you might run into language barriers when communicating with an agent or information that is not necessarily accurate as it is based on different versions of Windows or outdated information.

As for searching for a file in Windows, you can do this generally by using the Windows Key + E combination from anywhere in Windows to bring up Explorer and use Control-E to bring up the Search Dialog, enter the name or a keyword describing the file you are looking for, and press enter.

HTH.

Subject: [Ohio-Talk] need help: computer question

Hello,

I know this is a busy times for all getting ready for the convention. But,

I am having problems with locating a folder that was on my computer. It has been a long time. But, I thought we used to have Microsoft support on the Be My Eyes app. I do not see it there anymore. Does anyone have any suggestion or phone number to get assistance from Microsoft?

Thanks in advance for any response
Delcenia
