If anyone uses Uber please use the link given below to report the denial and how it was resolved. National Association of Guide Dog Users is working hard on this issue and wants to keep track of how things are progressing.

Hello tracy, I am sorry that this has happened. After you go through the complaint process with uber, please also send an email to Uber-feedback at nagdu.org  and report the complaint process. That email is not to Lodge the complaint itself, but merely the process of how your experience went with filing the complaint and their resolution to it.
