Kelsey,
Giant eagle has explicitly said no, they are not going to offer talking
prescription labels, and one particularly rude employee told me to stop
being an entitled blindy and asking, and that I should have my care
taker read the labels to me and that I shouldn't be out alone. I
immediately walked out and reported that employee to corporate and I've
never gone back to that pharmacy again.

Subject [Ohio-Talk] Giant Eagle talking prescription labels
>Hello all, I am starting to look into the various options for talking medication labels. I am currently registered with CVS to use spoken RX, but I have heard several reports from friends of mine who have it that the labels easily fall off the bottles, so it renders the feature useless. someone told me a while back that Geacnt Eagle was working on implementing a system of talking or braille labels for the blind, but no additional information was provided. I think Meijer also now has something, but there isn't one in Medina at the moment, so I would have to go to Brunswick. There is a Giant Eag£e in Medina and there's two by the campground we camp at during the summer, so if Giant Eagle does have something, I would consider it. Drug Mart does not and neither does Marc's. If anyone has any information about whether Giant Eagle offers accessible prescription labels, please let me know.
