[Ohio-Talk] Is shopping assisstant a courtesy or legal requirement

There is no  quick and speedy solution that I am aware of,, but I recommend two things. Voice your complaint at the highest possible level in the company, and then file charges with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice.
