Subject: [Ohio-Talk] Thank you!

Hello, my Federation Family.

I sincerely thank you for your vote to serve on the Board of Directors for this wonderful affiliate! It’s truly an honor to be working with you at this level, and please know that I’m here for you. As many of you know, I wear a few hats, serving as Vice President for our Cincinnati Chapter, Secretary for our Diabetes Action Network of Ohio, and looking very forward to serving on many more committees and groups within the National Federation of the Blind of Ohio. Outside of NFB. I enjoy serving as Union Steward with the Employees with the Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, along with Teamsters Local 100. So it warms my heart to stay connected with a lot of different people, and looking forward to being more involved with NFB at the local, state, and national levels. Please feel free to email me offline, or call me, if you need anything.

Thanks.

David C. Perry,

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Everyday, we raise the expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want. Blindness is not holds you back.
