Well, I worked with this problem over the years and depending on which jaws
you are using that may be a problem, but it still should be possible.
The thing that I determined is that on the disk you must go to that drive
select the file and open it.
The first in the list of files use to be a word document that described how
to use the disk and some of your rights.
You should be sure that the correct file is selected, and it should open for
you to read.
I also think you can copy the files to a folder on your pc which should give
you more flexibility.
I hope this helps several people on the list can offer more details.

The National Federation of the Blind advances the lives of its members and
all blind people in the United States. We know that blindness is not the
characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise the
expectations of blind people, because low expectations create obstacles
between blind people and our dreams. Our collective power, determination,
and diversity achieve the aspirations of all blind people.

Subject: [Ohio-Talk] help I have a computer question
As some of you know you can request electronic format instead of paper from
the Social Security Office. . I am trying to read the disk I received from
the Social Security Office. Does anyone know how to read using JAWS?I see it
in my dvd drive. But, for whatever reason I cannot open and read.
Thanks in advance
Delcenia
