May Barbara have a speedy recovery. It will be long, and the pain will be
somewhat harsh. However, the rewards will be great. She can pull through
this. May the medical professionals be gracious unto her while she is
recuperating back to good health.

I rarely post to this list, but in this case it is a matter of convenience.
Barbara Pierce had a double knee replacement today. All went well. She is of
course tired and in pain. She will remain in the hospital through the
weekend and then go to the Care Center at the Kendal.
