Hi Asia,

As I promised you, I did read your school project from A to Z and found it very informative and beneficial. Two thumbs up!!!

Thank you so much for providing the great list of exercises that helps avoiding/preventing injuring ourselves.

Great job!

How about tweaking this article/work and sending it to the Braille Monitor so that the whole NFB membership will benefit from it? Probably you can check with Barbara Pierce about the idea.

Here is another suggestion to think about and get the approval of our President, Richard Payne: How about having a weekly email indicating the move/exercise of the week and time for the NFB Ohio members. You can include some advices on how to do it where to do it and how to do it.

Thinking loud! 😊

Again, thank you so much for sharing!

Have a great day.

Ali

Subject: [Ohio-Talk] MySchool Project

Hello everyone,
I would like to present to you my school project that I had to complete this past spring in my Sports Injury Prevention class. I wanted to share this with blind people since I made it about blind people. this is a school project and it is formatted very well. Due to this formatting that was required it is 11 pages long. I hope that it will be interesting reading for some. If you have any questions feel free to email me. You can email me at aevans.nfb at gmail.com<mailto:aevans.nfb at gmail.com>
