This was a very interesting paper. I would love to talk with you about this sometime. Maybe I have been using a cane for enough years to make me an exception to the reported leg and ankle injury experience of blind people.
When I spent a year in London in 1978 I remember having another blind person commenting to me offhandedly that she never wore sandals because of injury to her toes when they were bare. It never crossed my mind to avoid sandals, and I never or almost never hurt my toes kicking into things. Maybe this kind of damage is the same sort of thing.
I will say that my balance is affected by blindness, and I think doing some of these exercises would help me to improve my balance. In any cace, this was an interesting paper. I hope and trust that you got a good grade on it.

I wanted to share this with blind people since I made it about blind people. this is a school project and it is formatted very well. Due to this formatting that was required it is 11 pages long. I hope that it will be interesting reading for some. If you have any questions feel free to email me.
