What HB Does: 

*	Phases out subminimum wage across Ohio, with support for providers, workers, and families 
*	Ensures fair wages for people with disabilities in all employment settings 
*	Offers tax credits to businesses that hire and pay equitably 
*	Strengthens Employment First Task Force to help businesses to make that shift 


Who Should Join:

*	Families whose loved ones are currently paid below minimum wage 
*	Businesses operating under subminimum wage certificates 
*	Advocates and community leaders working to ensure wage equity for all people with disabilities 
*	Policymakers shaping the future of fair pay and inclusive employment in Ohio
