[Ohio-Talk] New Treasurer for Capital Chapter and Washington Seminar Contribution

Thanks, and yes, everyone should send in contributions to the affiliate not just for the Washington seminar, but for any efforts that we have to spend money on throughout the year I know we give money at the convention, but we should pick up our efforts.
