I love this business model. I’d suggest you consider reaching out to Lisa Hall from the Cincinnati Chapter. She is a Braille Transcriptionist at the Clovernook Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired. She might be able to give you info on who to contact there specifically.

Very Best Regards,

Chris

Good afternoon everyone,
Please see below an email from a colleague of mine. I attended Kent State with them.
She is seeking assistance in obtaining braille menus for this particular café.
You can contact her for more information. I told her I would reach out to this list. Thank you.
Andra

Andra,

Thank you for helping me with my request to bring Braille menus into the cafe.

Long story short, we are a Medicaid agency, disguised as a coffee shop. Our mission is to enhance and empower differently-abled adults with specialized job training and community support. Our work readiness platform provides entry level customer service paid training in 5 different positions. Our services are time-limited and our intention is to help folks transition into community employment when he/she has selected an appropriate vocational goal.

Included with this email, there is a direct link in my signature below that will take you directly to Whole Latte Love Cafe's website, where you can discover more about the services we offer to the I/DD population, as well as to the general public.

To provide you with our timeline, we typically review our menu every April (for the spring) and then again in September (for the fall). If you need our current menu, please let me know and a PDF can be forwarded; however, please keep in mind it will be changing.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks again for helping me!
