[Ohio-Talk] announcement for anyone that is interested

For anyone that is interested. I have received and email from Medicare that
says: You can get the Medicare and you handbook electronically now. It is
telling me that I have to make this change by May 31 to sign up for the
online handbook.  I had no difficulty.  So, in the fall I will receive an
email with a PDF link for the handbook.
