[Ohio-Talk] Presentation at the Senior division meeting at the state convention

The Senior division will have a presentation by one of the owners of Passing
On Collective. The presentation will talk about grief when a loved one dies
and how we share that grief. The presentation will begin shortly after 1:00
in the Canterbury/Dover Rooms. The Passing On Collective will also have a
booth at the convention so be sure to visit it. The Senior Division will
have our business meeting following the presentation and we will have
election of officers. All are welcome and we hope you will consider joining.
We are always looking for new members with new ideas about how to better
work with people over 50 in the state of OH.

We can do this together

Life moves in seasons.

In the fun seasons - the births and new jobs and graduations - we celebrate
in community: gatherings, rituals, stories, gifting, and laughter. Together,
our joy gets bigger.

.So why do we keep doing grief alone?

In traditional villages, loss - from the end of life to the end of a way of
life - is also held in community. We have gatherings, rituals, stories,
mutual aid, mourning - and yes, even laughter.

In a village, grief is not a burden;
it's a bond. 



Renewal is a group effort

The PassingOn Collective supports people and organizations to engage with
their communities around loss, death, and grief. From individual support
sessions to large group training to community education, we want to build a
world in which loss is easier because we have each other.
