[Ohio-Talk] winner of the Senior Division drawing

Carol Hipple won The NFB of Ohio Senior division drawing. Car Hipple, a
member of the At-Large chapter. She purchased 2 chances and won. You don't
have to purchase a lot of chances to be a winner. We plan to have the
drawing next year so consider purchasing chances to win.
