[Ohio-Talk] Hospitality Donations List – Convention 2025

Hello Federation Family,

Our host chapters — Greater Akron, Lorain, and At-Large — have been working
hard to make this year’s convention fun and welcoming! We’ve got some great
surprises planned and plenty of goodies in the works.

Below is our current list of hospitality items and who’s donating them. If
you’d like to help or have any questions, please reach out to Kathy Legg,
Sherrie Ruth, Colene, or me — and remember, email us off the list, please!

Who’s Bringing What


   -

   Sherrie Ruth: 200 paper plates and napkins (donated by Drug Mart), plus
   apples from a local fruit farm.
   -

   Pizza: Covered by Marco’s. We may also ask Gallucci’s or another spot to
   donate for more variety.
   -

   Chasity: Water and a couple of cases of flavored water.
   -

   Suzanne & Danielle: Cookies.
   -

   Pat (Akron Chapter): Granola bars (to be shipped).
   -

   Dr. Peters: Two cases of soda and one box of chips.
   -

   Krissy: Bags of chips and brownie bites (Colene will reimburse).
