The Ohio DAN would like to invite all to attend an outstanding and informative meeting during our “AIN’T No Stopping Us Now” 79th State of Ohio convention in Westlake, Ohio

Mr. Mike Sreshta MS (Clinical Pharmacist)
Certified Diabetes Education Specialist.

Will Provide information about continuing monitoring using a product made by Avenue labs, and
a panel discussion with a rep individuals can ask questions about their concerns regarding diabetes
