Good evening everyone. Hope this email finds you well! I'm writing to inform
you of a statewide fundraising activity for NFB of Ohio.

The NFB of Ohio Fundraising Committee Is requesting that each member support
our effort to make money for the movement by participating in a pre-state
convention bowl-a-thon. With your support, we wish to hold this event
Thursday evening, November 6th at 7 P.M. We are choosing this date and time
so that if desired, a representative of each chapter can obtain pledges and
also bowl.

How it works;

We would like to have 10 bowlers. We will start with one representative from
each chapter. If you are interested in being a bowler, please let your
chapter president know. Chapter presidents will then make the selection, if
more than one person is interested and contact me. Once these initial slots
are filled we will reach out to any chapter president if they indicated
there was more than one person interested. from their. It will be first
come first serve. We would like first round picks to me by Wednesday 9/10
and final list in by 9/17.

Bowlers will bowl one game, either blindfolded or not. The pledge will start
at 25

Cents per pin knocked down during the game. For example, if someone pledged
$1.00 per pin and the person they pledged for earned a score of 75 the
donator would owe $75.00.

Chapter presidents please submit names of interested bowlers with the
following info: The name of the bowler, his/her visual classification ,
*blind or partially sighted), and their email address and/or telephone
number.

A person can pledge on one bowler or as many bowlers as they desire;

The Sponsor sheets should be distributed to all Ohio Affiliate members.
Please ask your friends and family to make pledges and help us raise money
for our movement.

Note; this can be a success if we do it together.

Chapter presidents only, please let us know if you and/or your chapter will
support this effort by sending a reply yes to:

Jo Ross, either by phone, (text or call (330) 559-5349- or via e-mail at

Thank you for reading.

Sincerely,

Fund raising committee
