Well, President Payne that weatherization program was very good and it’s very nice to have because they insulate your house and they can get you right if you need a new stove or refrigerator or something they can do that as well. I have that reservation program and that is great that you qualify for it make the best of your semi-retire retirement and have a blessed day and I’m glad you found your nice home. Greetings to the National Federation of the Blind of Ohio. Over the past week, I have been working with several contractors to prepare my home for the upcoming hot summer months. These preparations include installing a completely new central air system also, I will be getting a new furnace, and the house will be thoroughly insulated to ensure comfort during extreme temperatures.

I am pleased to share that I qualified for the weatherization program, which has contributed significantly to these improvements. Furthermore, my home warranty insurance replaced my air conditioning unit, making the process more manageable.

Health Update

In addition to these home upgrades, I recently visited my primary care doctor. The medical team was impressed with my test results, especially since my blood pressure, which had previously been high, is now at a healthier level. When asked about any major lifestyle changes, I mentioned that I am now semi-retired.
