An interesting opportunity has come by the Federation that we are exploring.
It is very time sensitive. Can you please write to me off list if you have
blind parents in your affiliate who:
*	Have fostered children in the past
*	Are currently fostering children
*	Have been denied the opportunity because of their blindness
		 
Please share with me their names, contact information, role in the
Federation, and any notes you have on their fostering circumstances. If you
could reply
