The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Everyday we raise the expectations of blind people because we know that low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our dreams. You can live the life you want, blindness is not what holds you back.

Subject: Enhancing Accessibility at Great American Ball Park with Aira and You!
We here at Aira are reaching out to share some exciting news. As part of our ongoing commitment to expanding access to visual information for the blind and low vision community, Aira has officially partnered with the Cincinnati Reds and Great American Ball Park.
Aira has a long history with Ohio and the Cincinnati area. We provide visual interpreting services at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International airport, Miami University and the University of Cincinnati. We also assist people at the Ohio State Fair and through Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities.
Aira is thrilled to offer blind and low-vision attendees at Reds home games access to our professional visual interpreting service free of charge. You can now use the Aira Explorer app, available on iPhone and Android, to connect with a visual interpreter who can provide real-time, on-demand assistance throughout the park.
From navigating to your seats, locating concessions or restrooms, reading the scoreboard, or getting descriptions of game day action, Aira is there to help make the experience more independent and engaging.
We would be honored if you could share this information with your community. We hope this partnership encourages your members to enjoy all that Great American Ball Park has to offer with the support of professional visual interpreting.
New customers to Aira receive one hour of free service plus on-boarding support.
For those interested in learning more or getting started with Aira, our Customer Care team is available Monday through Saturday, 9:00am to 9:00pm at 1-800-835-1934. Visit our website at https://aira.io<https://aira.io/> to find a list of all of our Access Network partners..
Thank you for all you do to support our community. Please let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything we can do to assist your organization in sharing this resource.
