greetings Ohio affiliate of The National Federation Of The Blind please join me in the Miami Valley Chapter in wishing our affiliate President Mr. Richard payne a happy happy birthday, and congratulate him on his retirement. We will have a presentation by Opportunities for Ohioans with disabilities and celebrate President payne‘s birthday and retirement.
