Hello everyone,
I tried to state this response when this subject was last brought up but I
do not think anyone noticed it. I want to give my experiences with Quest
labs. If you sit long enough in the waiting room you will hear the tv they
usually have on, will tell visually impaired users how to use the tablet. I
heard this message once before while waiting for lab work but did not get
to try it. I had to get lab work after a doctors appointment today so, I
completed this. Once you get up to the tablet all you have to do is swipe
3 fingers on the screen and it will speak to you. The message I got was a
number and it telling me that they will call my number when they are ready
for me. I did not have to swipe my insurance or anything else. They
confirmed my insurance in the back. I am sorry no one knew about this
access for visually impaired people.
Yours truely,
Asia Quinones-Evans
