[Ohio-Talk] PAC plan and ranking

 Ohio members,

Thank you all for participating in the PAC plan challenge. I am writing to
provide an update that Ohio is currently ranked  in  the  10th spot

Let's continue to challenge ourselves and our members to enroll as we
strive for a ranking in the top five.
