[Ohio-Talk] State board anoucment.

	Dear Colleagues, As you may remember, Ivery moved to Alabama and was
unable to complete her term on the Ohio Board of Directors. I spoke with
Kathy Legg, who has accepted the appointment to fill the vacancy. The State
Board of Directors also advised me on this matter. Kathy is included in this
message.
