Agenda
1. Call to Order and Pre-Convention Requirements
President Payne will call the meeting to order and review the pre-convention
requirements for all chapters and divisions:
*	Submit an updated membership list.
*	Pay per capita dues.
*	Submit an annual report, unless submitting the Gavel Report.
Deadline: All required items must be submitted by October 1, preferably at
least one week before the convention.
2. Roll Call of the Ohio Board of Directors
Annette Lutz, Secretary of the National Federation of the Blind of Ohio,
will conduct the board roll call.
3. Approval of February and September Board Meeting Minutes
Action: Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the February and
September board meeting.
4. Financial Report
NFBO Treasurer Christopher Sabine will present the financial report.
5. PAC Request and Updates
PAC Coordinator Chacity Gilliam will present the PAC request and provide
related updates.
6. Convention Planning and Arrangements
Registration
Reminder: Everyone is encouraged to pre-register for the convention.
General Arrangements
Vice President Suzanne Turner and President Payne will provide updates on
general arrangements and other details for the upcoming convention.
Door Prizes and Auction Items
Coordinator: Annette Lutz, Door Prize Coordinator
Movie Night at the Convention
Presenter: Dr. Peters
Envision Blind Sports
Presenter: Andra Stover
Talent Showcase
Presenter: Jessica Stover
7. Reports from Chapters, Divisions, and Committees
Chapters, divisions, and committees will present their reports. The board
will also discuss activities to promote awareness during Blind Equality
Achievement Month and in recognition of White Cane Safety Day.
8. Adjournment
The meeting will adjourn following completion of all agenda items.
