I merely wash the silicon in soapy dishwater and put them back again. These require no greasing and prevent sticking. The round one I use as a guide to roll out pie crust in an even round shape for lining a pie plate. You can pick the crust up when finished and invert the pie plate on top of it and then peal off the sheet, leaving the crust perfectly centered, lining the pie plate and ready to bake or fill. The liners for cookie sheets eliminate the question of greasing or not greasing the cookie sheet, and the cookies lift off the sheet without a struggle. I line my 13-by-9-inch pan before filling it with brownie batter. When the brownies are done, I loosen the edges and invert the pan on a cooling rack.
