She had undergone a procedure to replace a heart valve last Thursday, but she came through the surgery well. I talked with her that day. We have no further information about this tragedy. When I came into the Federation in 1974 Annette was an active member, and she has been an active leader and member ever since. She was president of the Cuyahoga County Chapter.
