<p class="MsoNormal">This workshop will be conducted by Christopher Sabine, secretary of the National Federation of the Blind of Ohio, Cincinnati Chapter, and member of the Ohio Affiliate Board of Directors. Mr. Sabine is President and Founder of ONH Consulting,
