<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in">I did receive some information back from CVS regarding the accessibility direction for the Flu and other vaccinations for online as well as the mobile app. Please see below for the details as I am copying and pasting
the specific directions they provided me. I hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist with.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in">CVS Vaccine information:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in"><br>
The PDF fact sheets are on a page called "review details" after you have entered your information for scheduling. There are multiple PDF documents linked on this page, for types of vaccines, and multiple languages. You can choose to open the fact sheets that
are relevant to you, there's no requirement to open them all, and no checkbox indicating that you've read them on this page.<br>
The PDF documents will open in a new browser window. If you have a pop-up blocker or other security software running on your PC or phone, it may stop them from opening, and you may need to give permission for the links to open. How this is done depends on how
your browser is set up, but it is something to check if the PDFs aren't opening.<br>
Once you've reviewed the PDF, return your screen reader focus to the "review details" page and activate the "continue scheduling" button.<br>
This will take you to the next page, which is called "We need your consent."<br>
This page doesn't have any PDF documents, but it does have 3 collapsed sections that you can expand to read.<br>
Your screen reader should announce "collapsed" along with the title of each section.<br>
You can then double tap with VoiceOver, or use enter with Chrome, to expand each section. This won't take you to another link or page, it just makes more information visible on the page, so you can review it with Jaws or VoiceOver.<br>
The checkbox to indicate your consent is on this same page, after the 3 sections. There is quite a bit of text attached to the checkbox itself, indicating all the items of consent. Once you've read all the information, use space bar or double tap (for VoiceOver)
to select this checkbox.<br>
You can then activate the "continue scheduling button</p>

Subject: [Ohio-Talk] Accessible flu vaccine documentation<br>
<br>
Hello, I am trying to schedule my flu shot. One of the things online scheduling requires is to read the vaccine information sheet ′most just let you down£oad x′ and initial on the scheduling page that you have read and understood it. i usually go to CVS for
my pharm@cy needs, but their vaccine documentation is not very accessible with JAWS and neither is Discount Drug Mart's. I don't like the idea of having to ask a fami£y member to read it to me at the pharmacy, so I was curious if anyone who has already done
this process has any ideas on which pharmacies have the most accessible documentation that I can read independently. I know Meijer is an Aira access point, but I'm not sure ift includes accessing their website or not. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
