<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri">This year has gone by amazingly fast, and can you believe that two thousand twenty for is right around the corner?</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri">The seventy seventh state convention was exciting and very inspiring for me and most of you according to what I heard throughout the convention. I did notice that there was a thank you note put out for the volunteers that assisted us with the convention and I did not want to forget to thank our members who work every day to transform dreams into reality.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri">You will find the 2024committees listed in the body of this message I have heard from you through the year saying how much you love the Federation and one way to demonstrate that is to commit by being a chair or co-chair</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT FACE="Calibri">or serve</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri">.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri">Many of our chapters and divisions will be meeting or have already met and there has been a change in the boards. We need that information very soon to update the web page and other systems for communication.</FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri">I want to remind the chapters and divisions that it is important for you to continue to support the Affiliate. We understand that the work on the local level is especially important. The state carries a heavy load by assisting with projects around the state whether we have a chapter or division in that area or not. We also sponsor grants for the conventions</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"> <FONT FACE="Calibri">STEM BELL</FONT></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"></SPAN><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Calibri"> and other programs that we will undertake going forward.</FONT></SPAN></P>
