I have just finished filling out the post voting questionnaire. If you have voted, please take the time to record your experience. Today you can call 877-632-1940. A nice man will read you the questions and write down your answers. This
is the same number you call if you are having trouble of any kind voting. If you decide to fill out the questionnaire by phone using an artificial voice, call tomorrow. The number to call is 833-632-7878. I had my usual easy time till I got to Issue 1. There
was no explanation about how to skip the ballot language. It turns out that the down arrow does not just move you to the next voting choice in that voting question, it also skips you through the ballot language text. You have to hit the down arrow 12 times
to get to the yes or no choice. I was afraid to experiment with the right arrow and down arrow because, if you pick the wrong one, you jump to the top of the description. I decided to be conservative and listen to all the gobbelty gook. This was a bad decision.
It takes more than five minutes to listen to it all. The machine times out after five minutes. It then erases your entire ballot and puts you at the top of the entire process. Don’t do it. I tried to convince them that I ought to be able to vote twice since
I filled out the ballot twice. They didn’t buy the argument.

The National Federation of the Blind knows that blindness is not the characteristic that defines you or your future. Every day we raise expectations for blind people because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and their dreams. You can live
the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
