<div dir="ltr">You are correct.Internet Explorer is not the area that you would want to access the information. If you’re able to get in the window search box by pushing the windows button start typing this computer or this PC and it will allow you to select
that option. This should bring up the different locations within your computers hard drive. You an arrow down until you get to the one that indicates your computer’s disk drive and hear the name of the document. That would allow you to hit enter to open it.

dvd drive. But, for whatever reason I cannot open and read.</p>
