<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">During the Board meeting at convention, I explained how to use the Member Profile so that our members can change their own demographic information and find out about member benefits. </FONT></SPAN></P>
<P DIR=LTR><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT FACE="Aptos">I just want to outline the steps so you will have them to encourage your members to use the Member Profile: </FONT></SPAN></P>
