Hosted by Chair & Co-Chair Masquenada Douglas and Ivory Thomas, this session will focus on the emotional and mental challenges that often arise during the colder months\u2014and how they intersect with the demands of parenting.<br><br>We\u2019re honored to welcome special guest speaker Genevieve Hernandez, a Licensed Psychotherapist, who will share insights on navigating parenthood when energy and motivation is low.
