Ryan, this fascinates me. I\u2019m curious to know if you don\u2019t mind my asking, do you have light perception? I can currently tell whether it is light or dark but on cloudy days it pretty much basically seems like it\u2019s night time to me all the time. The thing that
caught my attention is how you said your doctor told you to shine a bright light in your eyes for 30 minutes in the morning. I\u2019m curious if this works for anybody no matter the vision Loss. I know obviously if somebody had prosthetic eyes this probably wouldn\u2019t

After a CPAP machine and trying other things for sleep apnea, it has been determined by my pulmonary specialist and me that I have non-24. I always thought it was some thing just being advertised, but I know it\u2019s real now. If NFB has research projects on non-24
I can participate in I would love to hear about them.<br>
I take melatonin, and my doctor said shine a bright light in my eye for 30 minutes every morning. Any other tips or tricks to try and get this biological clock back in order feel free to share them please.<br>
